Our courses are unique, entertaining, informative and fun. Public courses are for anyone who wants to learn about wine. Come along and you will find yourself in the company of like-minded individuals who are inquisitive about wines. All wines chosen for our sessions have a story to tell, with quality the key message. Our wine appreciation sessions usually run for 1.5 hours includes tasting of six (6) wines with sommelier narratives, delicious canapé to enjoy and tasting note to take home.
About our venue
The Cooking Professor is Perth’s leading cooking school, owned by Chef Riki Kaspi, and teamed by their enthusiastic, dedicated instructors. They provide an extensive range of classes so you can indulge in various cuisines, develop your techniques, build on skills, develop confidence and eradicate fears.
